Bilingual (Spanish/English) Client Service Specialist
We are searching for an individual who will work with our International Client Services team to develop and enhance relationships between DDC and its Spanish-speaking clients. This position reports to the Client Services Manager.

Sales Representative
We are searching for a goal-oriented individual who has demonstrated sales and retention skills; the successful candidate will have excellent communication and an empathic selling style with the drive for self-achievement. Our products are inspiring and life changing for our patients and clients we are aggressively seeking talented, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with a motivated sales team. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing new accounts, maintaining and developing the existing customer base, and educating DDC customers about DDC’s testing services.

Client Services Representative
We are seeking a Client Services Representative. The selected candidate will work within Client Services department to develop and enhance relationships with patients, clients and internal customers. This position reports directly to the Client Services Manager. Responsibilities include ability to resolve client services issues,successfully conduct inbound service calls, knowledge of services processes, techniques, administer client account information, maintain files for clients while providing follow-up with clients and operations staff.
