The USCIS center or U.S. embassy may or may not suggest a specific laboratory to perform the DNA testing. DDC can provide the DNA testing services you need.

The best way to reach the Immigrant Visa Unit is by calling the Visa Information Center.

• If you are calling from the Dominican Republic, you must purchase a personal identification number (PIN) at any Banco Popular branch. The PIN will become active 24 hours after purchase.  At this time, you may call 1-809-200-3232.
